By subscribing and using the Best Book Briefings website and any of the services offered, you are automatically agreeing to the general application of the following terms and conditions:
- As the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection to this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
- It is prohibited to distribute, sell, change, copy, license, or otherwise misuse any of the content or briefings presented on this website for any reason.
- Best Book Briefings maintains the right to alter or remove completely any content or briefings on the website, including the ones within the user’s library, for any reason without prior notice.
- Registering for a free trial on Best Book Briefings offers users 5 free briefings based on their choice of libraries. These briefings will available at all times and are not temporary.
- A user’s password should be kept confidential at all times to maintain data protection. The user is the only person responsible for the use of their Best Book Briefings account and information.
- Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as users on this website and are not allowed to transact on/use BBB.
- When making a payment for our services on the Best Book Briefings website or mobile application, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
- The cardholder of any transaction made on the Best Book Briefings website must retain a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies and regulations.
- When signing up for a trial subscription, Best Book Briefings reserves the right to ask for payment information. The user's card will not be charged during the free trial. If the user chooses to subscribe, the payment information already provided beforehand will be used.
- Only 1 free trial subscription module is allowed per user account or e-mail address.
- Any paid subscription carried out on Best Book Briefings expires after 1 year from the payment date.
- Once a subscription expires, the user will be sent an email with a notification that the subscription has expired and that they can renew it. The card will not be automatically charged for a continued subscription.
- Any purchases made on the Best Book Briefings website will last for 1 year. For additional inquires on subscriptions, please send an email to pr@bestbookbriefings.com.
- As long as the user has an ongoing subscription with Best Book Briefings, they can access their BBB library. When that subscription expires, the user can only regain access by renewing their subscription.
- If the user wishes to cancel their subscription, they can contact Best Book Briefings directly at refunds@bestbookbriefings.com within the first 15 days from date of subscription.
- A full refund will be arranged provided no more than 2 briefings were read or downloaded within the 15-day grace period. Those requesting a refund will receive their money through the original method of payment, i.e., if a user subscribes through PayPal, their refund will be carried out through PayPal.
